After a week's worth of cakes, it's time to clean up the eating and hit a Paleo Challenge. Yesterday, I decided to cut the sugar, grains, processed foods, etc. and focus on consuming only meats, eggs, vegetables, limited fruit and good fats. While at the gym, a friend and I were discussing undisciplined eating during the Memorial Day weekend and she mentioned she was going strict Paleo too for a time. We're really good at challenging each other and keeping accountable. So far we have two tally marks on the board at the gym. Day 2 complete, 28 to go!
