The 2011 Ocean View Little League World Series Champion events continue. My mom was visiting the first week of September and we're so glad she had the opportunity to take part in some of the festivities.
On September 3, 2011 at Angels Stadium, the OVLL Little League Champs were honored on the field just prior to the game. It happened to also be the same night Ne-Yo was performing a post-game concert. We're not big Ne-Yo fans, and only know a couple of his songs, but it was fun to have the opportunity to dance with my kiddos under the stars in Southern California.

| I've NEVER seen anyone walk out SO slow to get to the stage. Was he trying to build anticipation? Or irritate the Momma? Hurry up Ne-, get your swagger on and get on the stage! |

We left after about four songs. We heard the 1-2 we knew, and were all pretty tired. What a great night we had! Hanging out with family and friends at a baseball game on a summer evening- GREAT TIMES!
